About Phil
Phil is a licensed clinical social worker with diverse experience providing trauma-informed, affirming mental health care across various settings. His work has focused on supporting individuals through some of life’s most complex moments, helping them walk through life's challenges and into long term healing.
He has held clinical roles within Johns Hopkins Hospital, community mental health programs, and national crisis organizations, where he worked extensively with LGBTQ+ individuals, survivors of violence, and people navigating systemic barriers to care. Across these settings, he has built a skill set to bring a relational, strengths-based approach grounded in empathy, clinical knowledge, and deep respect for each person’s lived experience.
His work is guided by the belief that meaningful change happens when people feel seen, supported, and empowered to move toward lives that feel authentic and purposeful.
